Maison Felix

Stayed for five nights on vacation. We had an excellent stay. Hotel staff take pride in cleanliness and service. Great location in North Miami Beach. Close enough to the action in South Beach and Miami but removed enough to be quiet and peaceful. Room was turned over everyday and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. While this place may not have the amenities of some hotels it makes up for it its quiet, serene atmosphere. Pool/courtyard is very nice with lush green trees and plants. City has parking lot less than two blocks away that is very affordable. We spent less than $40 for the entire week.

I stayed at Maison Félix Hotel last week, and the experience was excellent in every aspect. As someone who travels almost every week around the world and stays in over 100 hotels each year, I can confidently say that this is a truly exceptional hotel. The hotel is new, clean, well-organized, and offers a warm, pleasant, and family-like atmosphere. The staff is attentive and available 24 hours a day, always ready to assist with anything needed—from the moment you enter the hotel to the smallest details, including coffee capsules and help with any request. The service is consistently delivered with kindness and a smile. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with an excellent shower and a high-quality bed that ensures a great night’s sleep. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the level of the hotel. The location is excellent—only about 100 meters from the beach, the promenade, and good shops—adding greatly to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the entire team for a pleasant, professional, and thoughtful stay.

I had such an amazing stay here. The location is perfect—close to everything, but still feels like its own little oasis. The vibe of the hotel is incredible: stylish, fun, and full of energy without feeling overwhelming. What really makes the place special, though, is the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay great. You can feel the positive, vibrant mood the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a place in Miami with great energy, great people, and a great location, Maison Felix is a gem.

I had the opportunity to stay at Maison Felix while traveling on business in Miami, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel strikes the perfect balance of peacefulness, comfort, and style, all supported by an incredibly accommodating staff. The pool area is a wonderful place to unwind — beautifully maintained with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and remarkably quiet, making it easy to rest and recharge after long days. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend Maison Felix to anyone visiting Miami Beach.

What a special, intimate and quiet find in a city known for partying and high rises. We loved our stay at Maison Felix. All of the staff were top notch and super helpful and friendly. Pool area is super relaxing and having chairs on the beach is a huge plus. The hotel is very new and still working out a few hitches like the automatic lights in the bathroom being on a very short timer and the sound proofing from the halls was not great. Overall, everything else made up for these small things, would recommend!

I just checked out of Maison Felix after staying one week and that hotel is an absolute 10/10. I stayed in an atelier suit for 4 nights on ground level and the room was gorgeous. Super cool feel and luxury design right off the pool felt like staying in 5 star intimate hotel. Very large living room space. Most importantly the king mattress, pillow and sheets were extremely comfortable. Black out blinds completely black out every room. 70 inch brand new samsung tv in living room was incredible. The bathroom has a massive rain shower with yummy smelling products, soft towels & bathrobes. Mini bar loaded with great snacks and beverages as well. Nespresso machine, tea kettle, steamer/iron were nice conveniences. The housekeeping was impeccable and all of the staff was kind, accommodating and I felt like they were happy to be there to assist. Very cool pool side vibe with lots of sun & the beach service was a super special plus to have. Each room comes included with 2 brand new cushioned beach beds & umbrella. The beach was a short 2 blocks away and had a sandbar with clear water. The second room I stayed in was a signature room on second floor which was also really comfortable and had an intimate view overlooking the landscaped courtyard and pool. I was very impressed with both rooms especially for this price point. Would certainly recommend and would come stay again. Felt like a true hidden gem in the heart of Miami Beach

Staying at the Maison Felix was such a wonderful experience. Property: The property is stunning, and the pool area was private and relaxing. We could have parked ourselves there for an entire week. It is a very small hotel, with less than 30 rooms, making it feel much more intimate than most hotels we’ve stayed in. Room: We had one of the cheaper rooms, but it was still spacious and beautiful. It served its purpose perfectly. Amenities: They offer daily passes for two chairs and an umbrella at the beach which is a 7 minute walk. It’s worth mentioning that since this hotel is new, there is NO restaurant or bar, yet. Though I suspect that will be a future addition. They did permit us to bring outside food/drink. Location: As visitors with very little familiarity with Miami, the area appeared to be an older, more local neighborhood that may be experiencing redevelopment. As two women unfamiliar with the area. There were moments we felt uncomfortable. That being said, we never had an issue and just felt we needed to be more vigilant. There are ample restaurants within 5-10 minute walk, all far more reasonably priced than other areas in Miami, and the pace appeared to be much slower. This was the perfect relaxing hotel for a girls’ trip, and we can’t wait to come back! We want to give a special mention to their bellman, Jorge, who was incredibly warm and went out of his way to improve our experience.

I had an incredible stay at Maison Felix in North Beach, Miami Beach. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was super cool—laid-back, stylish, and genuinely welcoming. The property feels like a hidden gem, with a beautiful pool that instantly sets the tone for relaxation. The location is unbeatable. You’re just a short walk from the North Beach Bandshell, surrounded by great restaurants, and steps from an amazing coffee shop serving the best croissant this side of the Atlantic. The rooms at Maison Felix were spectacular—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with that boutique charm you can’t replicate. Every detail made the stay feel elevated and memorable. Overall, an exceptional experience at a truly special place. I’ll absolutely be back.
